Guest guest
If someone would be kind enough to answer my questions, it would be greatly appreciated. I am using garlic to remove a medium sized (puffy) mole on my 13 year old daughters neck. Does anyone know how long this will take? I'm only putting it on her at night. Also, my husband is a truck driver with very sore knees...any suggestions are again, greatly appreciated. Thank you Peace Robyn
Guest guest
Dear Sandy, For the ridges, I'd add Lecithin to your regimen. You're doing a lot of thing right so keep on keeping on. In a pinch (emergency) you can use the 1 or half a teaspoon of Bleach to your water, but it'd be a last choice for me. I'd prefer a tablespoon of Vodka or better yet, a tablespoon of H2o2 added to the water to keep it good. TANUK wrote: First question I have ridges going the length of my nails. On a couple of finger nails they are kind of deep. Could you tell me what causes that? A year ago I did a Candida Detox, Kindney Cleanse, Liver cleanse, Colon cleanse, and a parasite cleanse. I had the ridges then. October I just finished another another round of these this time I did a parasite and dewormer together. Right now I am taking sea cucumber 500mg twice a day, E 400IU 1 time a day, bilberry extract 1000 mg 2 x a day, eye bright drops 2 x a day, red vegetarian capsules 1 1x aday, also the blue, yellow, and green all 1 1x time a day, 1 oz. of liq.cod liver oil 1 x a day and 1 oz. of liq. calcium & magnesium with silica it also has citrate/gluconate, vitamin D, boron/phosphorus in it. 1 time a day. Second question I am storing up bottled water has not been opened. I do this every year incase the power goes out in the winter. I also have bottles of water that has been opened and I refilled them, I was told that the water that was refilled could go bad. Now I was also told that you could put bleach in the water when you fill up the jugs. They said think 1 teaspoonful to a gal. Is this right or would the bleach hurt you. They said that the bleach would purify the water and keep it from going bad. As you can tell I don't know a lot about things like that. Thank you so much Sandy Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
