My personal experience has been to change the diet. Since we have

been on a 99% organic diet, upped our consumption of daily water, and

have cut back on meat (we eat absolutely no pork or shellfish, and

very little red meat), I very, very rarely have body odor, and

typically do not have to use a deoderant of any kind. Also, daily

bathing, and perhaps frequently underarm washing with a warm wash

cloth will help with BO. Now, since I have been having trouble with

my liver, I noticed my BO getting a bit more noticable and I have

been having breakouts and back/hip pain that I haven't had in quite a

while, so I figured I had toxins building up somehow. Now I know

how, lol.

As for mouth, since I changed over to using only baking soda and Tea

Tree Oil on my tooth brush, I have very little mouth odor.

This from a gal who gardens hard, trains horses, builds chicken

barns, and generally sweats like a man, and who LOVES garlic and

onions.

I'm new and this is my first posting. I've always sweated a lot. About a year ago a friend told me if I take Zinc daily it would greatly diminish the b.o. and it has worked great for me. Also, I brew my own collodial silver and after every shower, before I towel off, I spray my face, my armpits and feet with C. Silver. This really helps prevent b.o. and I feel fresh and clean all day long. Blab-away for as little as 1¢/min. Make PC-to-Phone Calls using Messenger with Voice.
