I am experiencing pain and discomfort in my liver area, right under

my rib cage on the right side. I am assuming it is gall bladder,

since what I eat seems to aggrivate it (meats, yogurt, cheese, etc),

and the location. I need to get a doctor appointment, but our

doctor is a pain in the fanny about treatments and test, because we

are on a state assisted insurance, so I KNOW I need to go in armed

with information to protect myself. But, I want an accurate

diagonosis (as accurate as I can get with a doctor, anyway), so that

I know I am approaching this correctly.

So, is there anything I need to know before I visit the doctor? I

should be able to get in in the afternoon tomorrow or Friday at the

latest. I have been dealing with this for a couple weeks now,

holding it at bay, but I am sick now, as I type, with flu like

symptoms, so I am concerned it is getting out of hand and want to

deal with this asap. The only reason why I didn't sooner is I

thought is was just the tummy flu that was floating around here,

until I had a friend last week say he's being treated for gall

bladder problems by a naturopath (wish I could afford one!) with the

same symptoms as I have.

tia,

Kimberly

Hello, I have a great site for you. Sensiblehealth.com. In there are specific diets to help specific organs. I can tell you from experience that these work. Let me tell you the story of my husband. Day 1-every2 hours drink organic apple juice. 14 cups should be drunk through the day. Thats all. Day-2 same thing. But added that evening is 1/4 c olive oil and 1/4 c lemon juice every15 minutes for 1 hour. Then go to bed. In the morning of the 3 day he drank 1 liter of water with 1/4 c lemon juice. His tummy was gergaling but it took about an hour or so after that it happened. What happened is that he passed 3 stones about the size of peanuts and a sandy sustance for the next few days. The pain in his side disappeared and hasn't had any trouble for over 3 months now. The apple juice has malic acid that makes the liver release bile. So yes

don't travel too far for those 3 days. The olive oil makes things slide easier and lemon help break it down. But it really works. I did it too. I passed the sand sustance for alittle over a day. It was tough but it was worth it. Check it out and good luck. nettienelson guandique <nguandique wrote: I have the same type of pain just around my right-size rib-cage. pleas anyone who had this pain before and got rid of it, please let us know how you did it without getting on the butcher table first?Kimberly Smith <k_frog100 wrote: I am experiencing pain and discomfort in my liver area, right under my rib cage on the right side. My mother used to get a pain in the same area. Each

time the pain would come back she knew it was time for

a liver cleanse. After the liver cleanse the pain

would go away.

I have got it pretty well figured out that I do have gallstones, so am

starting on a juice fast (apple juice)today, and tonight will do the

flush with Olive oil and grapefruit juice after taking epsom salts to

open the bile ducts. Wish me luck! The apple juice makes a huge

differnece for me in the pain level, so I know it is helping some, but

the stones are not being passed, only a bunch of chaff so far. I also

am taking in about 3 cups a day of a detox tea, until I can get to the

flush tonight.

Is the Olive Oil/Grapejuice flush a total liver cleanse or is it mainly

just for the gall bladder? I probably should consider doing a parasite

cleanse as well, and then a colon cleanse. So much to accomplish!

But, I want to get this pain under control first, so I can sleep, and

think.

Thanks for the tips and sites so far,

Kimberly Smith

The order of cleanses Colon, Kidney and Liver. You might have better luck to get the colon moving first, if you do a fast your flushes are more successful. AAAHHHHH!!!! That sounds exactly like what I had. I finally went to the doctor

after two sleepless nights due to the pain (I threw up everything I ate for two

weeks before that) It was only passing a gall stone, but the kidnapped me and

threatened me into surgery. First start taking lemon juice to disolve the

gallstones. After you have done that, applecider vinagre, olive oil will help

a gall cleanse, also scrubbing veggies like broccoli help. Do the lemon juice

first or you will start passing gall stones.

I do NOT reccomend going to the doctor. The only thing docs know to do with a

gall bladder is remove it. They don't think that you need it, and will lie to

you about needing it removed.

I wrote an update earlier today, but seems to have swollowed

it. I did manage to get through the flush (I was pretty nauseous

through most of the night and this morning), and did get a fair number

of stones out, but probably not as many as I needed to. My liver

feels good now, almost normal, but my back hurts a bit still, right

under the shoulder blades, and I have a headache. The headache seemed

to come on after taking epsom salts. Is there a reaction to e.s. that

would make sense? My heart has been a bit jittery, too, even though I

am really tired. I suspect from the strain on my liver to get the

junk out. But, at least I am not in pain now.

thanks for the support,

Kimberly Smith
