It has helped me in so many ways , it's kept me from getting sick, it's helped me loose weight, it gives me energy , helps me feel better sexually ,to me it's just amazing! I've noticed if I run out for a few days so does my energy i can really tell the difference. If anyone else has experienced these type of things or otherwise please let me know , i'm sure it's helped many people in many di fferent ways.
