Guest guest Posted March 29, 2006 Report Share Posted March 29, 2006 I was checking in the files for info on the magnesium contact in the lemon egg recipe. Does anyone know? I take extra magnesium and it has eliminated my panic attacks, migraines, and now I have minimal issues with asthma. I am taking between 400-600 mg a day of a powdered calcium/magnesium 1:1 ratio. That seems to work for me. I eat little dairy as excess kicks off symptoms again, If I want to replace the lemon egg for my cal/mag mixture........how much should I be taking a day to meet those measurements that are working for me.
