Hello everyone, I've been absent for a while.

I'm wondering if you all have suggestions on some herbs I can take to

help boost fertility. I'm 30 and in the beginning stages of peri-

menopause (pre-menopause). I've read that it's still possible to get

pregnant in this stage, but I need all the help I can get.

Any information you can give me would be most appreciated!

Thank you,

Paula

I don't know if anyone has pointed you towards Maca, but I do know that in the

countries where Maca is commonly taken menopause doesn't hit until the mid 50s.

Also cut out all xenoestrogens (food hormones is a huge part of that.)

I would suggest that you look into taking Maca root,

here is a link to look into.

I do not indorse the product that they are selling on the page

it just gives good basic info on what Maca does.

hope that you find this helpful.
