arthritis - pain - sprains knees ankles joints - CRYO DERM

I recently sprained my left ankle and Broke my right ankle.

My daughter gave me a spray bottle of a new product called CryoDerm - WOW this stuff has helped me heal.

I wonder if anyone could give me their opinion and/or feedback about this product?

Some of the ingredients are (claims:"delivers the benefits of MSM" )Arnica, Boswella, Ilex, and Menthol.

I am out of my cast boot and off of my crutches walking already in 3 weeks. I drove my truck yesterday for the first time with NO problem.

I am staying in the boot cast for the recommended 3 more weeks as advised. But this stuff must have helped me heal quickly.

I am not promoting this or any product. Just sharing what might help with the arthritis sufferers I have been reading about.
