Stacy,

I'm with you. I've been having quite a lot of head aches recently. I did find out, that where I am here in MD, there has been a virus going round, with big headaches as a symptom.

I've been having migraines for about a year now, on a monthly cycle.

What I've been doing, thanks to this site, is taking regularly the body balance/panther piss formula. It's been excellent for me. Also I take, kelp and a cal-mag-zinc supplement. If they just get wicked, on top of that, I'll take some Rescue Remedy. Oh, and I take a lot of hot showers.

And recently thanks to Jyoti, I've learned that if I grip my clavicle at the medial end and hold it, it will help relax the muscles that have their death grip on the back of my head.

Hope this helps. Let me know if any of this works for you.

Debra

Herbal Remedies - headaches

I know this has probably been bantered about for awhile now. But,with the pain I have been suffering off and on now for a month, Idon't think I can sit and search it out. Today, for the 3rd time inabout a month, I was down with a HUGE headache, to the point of icepacks, and throwing up. I do not want to go the route ofprescriptions again if I can help it, as those end up being dependedon and such. Out side of B12, what else can I take to help lessen theheadaches? These have been so bad, I have not even been able to burnmy lavender candles. TIA, folks.Stacy

White Willow is best for headaches, but u must take about 3, aspirin is simply a copy of white willow. There is also a Chinese remedy for stress, that all Chinese Herbalists sell!On 3/28/06, Debra Savage <gdwmn65 wrote:
