Guest guest
Yvonne, You have reason to be concerned. Although your husband's total choleserol number looks good, his ration of HDL to LDL is not good. If you divide the HDL into the total cholesterol you get the ratio. Right now he has 1 HDL for about every 5 LDL. There are so many things you can do, especially if it is diet related, but before going into all that, how receptive is he going to be to dietary changes? herbal remedies , " lll_yvonne " <lll_yvonne wrote: > > Hi All, > > I'm looking for some advice, besides the obvious diet and exercise, > to help my husband with his recent cholesterol numbers.
