Guest guest
Hello all! I'm glad to have found you here! I'm in a real recovery the last several months, now that I've stopped listening to allopathic medicine's definitions and " treatments " (or flat out ignoring of) my chronic conditions. I feel better today than I have in years (literally). So I'm always grateful for places like this that let us learn and take charge of our health again. My question this morning is about pain in my elbow. An allopath blew it off over a year ago as " going to be arthritis " , but I'm not sure if it's that, or simply overuse (I also have fascia and tendonitis problems in that forearm - and I'm wondering if those are all related). In any event, it's just kind of sore most of the time, and sometimes painful if I use it too much. Sometimes it " clicks " loudly (no extra pain, though) when I rotate my hand. Heat makes it feel better, as does some arnica gel. But its not getting better, and I'm wondering if there is more I can do for it. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be the real issue here, and how I can best support my elbow's healing? Thanks for your time! Guest guest
Ohhhhh, clicking isn't good. Sounds like you have torn a ligament and let it go wayyyy too long. You'll have to get the little brace that restricts movement of the ligament. They make them for wrists, elbows, forearms...You can get them in the pharmacy section of grocery's and super stores. I used comfrey poultices and tea, and with the poultices I mix a small amount of pharmacutical grade DMSO (as a carrier and healer)in the glass bottles that Doc, the list owner sells (just call him). To the poultice I added cayenne to increase circulation and strengthen the herb. fft herbal remedies , Jent Lynne <jentlynne wrote: > > Hello all! > > I'm glad to have found you here!
