Guest guest
Doc, You might be familiar with this recipe. The Cal-mag is mixed with Calcium powder, Magnesium Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar and Warm water together. I've had this before but never bothered to get the exact recipe. All I've found in health stores are Cal-mag, pill form or calcium powder. I can get all the ingredients and mix it myself. Should I find it I'll post the recipe. Thanks, An-Marie zainypagan wrote: In a message dated 3/16/2006 8:31:38 PM Central Standard Time, angameiro writes: warm mix What is a warm mix? Guest guest
Dear An-Marie, I am familiar with it. You make it this way: 1 tablespoon of Calcium Gluconate 1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Carbonate mix together then add: 1 tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and stir till all mixed. Don't be surprised if it bubbles. Then add a cup of boiling distilled water and stir. Add an Ice cube or two to cool down and then drink. It is a very effective recipe that was formulated by L. Ron Hubbard.
