Hi, Just had surgery on our little dashund Tilly, They removed a lot

of small growth and spayed her. Tilly is 7 years old . She had her

staples removed yesterday and today I rubbed her belly and found

another small hard lump. The vet told us that the tumors may return

and we would need to do surgery again but if Tilly started coughing

that it would have spread to the lungs and that nothing could be done

for her then. Done anyone know of anything to give a dog or has

anyone had a pet with cancer and was the outcome good? Hope someone

can give me some ideas as I love this little dog but don't want her to

suffer.

Thanks,

Have a Blessed Day

Marga

I would out garlic and cayenne on the bumps and see if that helps, your little one may lick once and that would be it. Its worth a try. There is a website site I believe it is called Shirleys wellness cafe and it has a wealth of info on it. Try adding a teaspoon of crude or blackstrap molasses

to her food. It has mineral salts that might help.

I have not gone and looked at these sites, you will have to sort

through them and make your choices. This is the lastest and greatest

dog cancer remedies list for animals from the Dog Journal, not the

ONLY remedies.

There is one herb they have been working with that slows cancer down

significantly if nothing else. Artemisinin (annual wormwood), is

something you could look into. I haven't done much searching on this

particular use of this herb. Henry Lai, PhD., University of

Washington in Seattle. hlai (for Technical

information only)

Artemisinin binds with iron, which cancer needs to replicate it's

DNA and makes toxins that end up killing or retarding the cancer. It

is an oxidant though, therefore antioxidants like vitamin A, C will

not work well with this type of treatment. You would use

antioxidants to improve the immune system, to battle the cancer

itself. This is a choice I suppose you would have to make.

pat the puppy for me,

fft
