Bilberry diabetes

Hi all

 

I am told that Bilberry help people with diabetes .

They say people who suffer from high sugar diabetes bilberry can lower

the high sugar .

 

Has any one used Bilberry for the purpose of controlling Diabetes?

What about gestational diabetes? I'm on three insulin injections a day,

and would prefer to take care of this naturally. Would bilberry or Guar

Gum be beneficial in this instance? Thank you.
