Hello, My name is An-Marie. I am not new to the group. I have a question about Cal-Mag mixture if anyone knows. Does anyone know how to mix Cal-Mag? I've tried it long ago and I know there's a recipe out there on how to mix it. It's Calcium powder, Magnesium Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar and warm mix. It tastes great and very refreshing, but I cannot find the recipe anywhere. I'm hopping someone might know this. Thanks for the help. An-MarieAM

Don't know if this was answered but there is a lemon egg recipe in

the files for cal/mag.

Soaking the egg in lemon juice, works great.

I asked earlier, and no one answered... so I'll try again. Regarding the lemon egg, can crushed shells that have been washed and frozen be used. I use organic eggs for cooking, and they are too expensivie not to use the whole egg. Tammi, I have used organic egg shells including the whole egg for making a shake. I think egg shells are high in protein. I agree it is expensive, that's why we try to utilize the whole egg. I hope this helps, but other may know more information. An-MarieTammi <wundrfulworld wrote: I asked earlier, and no one answered... so I'll try again.
