Habenaro is one of the hottest common peppers it looks like little orange pumpkins. If your climate is warm , grow them yourself. Or any hot pepper is better then no hot pepper. Habenaro is what the world's hottest pepper is called in Mexico. Being a brit, you might have heard it by its Jamaican name: Scotch Bonnet and it also has another name: St. Margarattes pepper.pam couchman <freya_freya2000 wrote: Thankyou Gina, What is Habenaro please I have not heard of it before and would I be able to get it in the UK, if not is there anything else I can use .Blessings PammieGina Kopera <ginakopera1 wrote: You can make tincture in big volume or small depending on how much you would like to have: Rinse Habenaro off and through them in a blender, stems and all 3/4 of the way to the top of blender, fill with 80 proof or

Habenaro is a pepper. Much hotter than a jalepeno. Alot or organic

stores carry them. You should be able to find them in the U.K. in a

health food store.

Heat units are about 350,000 for a Habenaro and a Jalepeno is about 90,000 heat units. Hotter that it is the faster the results are. I put up tinctures on a full moon, and then strain and bottle them on

the new moon. It is said that during this lunar phase there is extra

drawing power.

My rule of thumb Cayenne it and see what happens, you won't be disappointed it is very powerful stuff.

Gina if a person doesnt actually have a tincture ready to use would it/could it help just to put plain ole Cayenne pepper on the cold sore?
