Or any hot pepper is better then no hot pepper. Cayenne is used for so many things my first claim to fame in natural healing, I had a cold sore and put cayenne tincture on it and it healed it less then 12 hours, if your bleeding get cayenne as close to the source as you can and it will stop the bleeding, headache, sore throat, colds, chest congestion and even a hang over and many more.
