Guest guest
If he doesn't like garlic, have him try taking garlic tablets. He can't taste them. Adding tomatoes, red pepper and broccoli to his diet can also help. He definitely needs to restrict his sodium intake, and try to lay off of caffeine. Essential Fatty Acids are beneficial for blood vessels, circulation and lowering blood pressure. Fiber is beneficial. Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium deficiencies have been linked to high blood pressure. Coenzyme Q10 and Coenzyme A help to improve heart function and the detoxification of dangerous substances. Garlic is effective in lowering blood pressure. L-Arginine is an amino acid that lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Vitamin E improves heart function and acts as a blood thinner. Use with caution if taking a prescription blood thinner. Vitamin C helps reduce blood clotting and improves adrenal function. Lecithin helps eliminate fat and improve liver function to lower blood pressure. Hope this helps!
