Guest guest
Going through the files I found a few posts that said osteo-arthritis is caused by a lack of dietary calcium. I have that issues and used to eat tons of cheese but in the past year have been avoiding it because of a food intolerance. How much calcium does a person need? HOw does one get it enough if not eating dairy? Any suggestions? How much calcium does one get from the Lemon egg recipe? Jeanne
Guest guest
There are several non dairy foods and herbs rich in calcium. Here are a few of them: Dandelion greens and Kelp are particularly high in calcium (Dandelion greens are packed with other minerals that aid in calcium absorption) Parsley, sesame seeds, almonds, cayenne, figs, and prunes. Guest guest
Thanks for the food lists. Do you think that is also why I have a neck spur? Jeanne
