Does anyone know anything about aloe juice? I have an 84 year old friend who drinks it every night with juice and she says I should drink it too because it helps with digestive problems. Or do you know anythng else that helps the digestive system?

Aloe Juice is amazing!! It is a natural anti-inflammatory, and also can be a laxative. I have a holistic OB/GYN who recommended it one time when I had the stomach flu, and I have been a believer ever since. Every time my family gets the stomach flu, the aloe comes out and it stops the cramping. I don't give much (maybe a teaspoon) when they are ill because obviously the laxative effect when you have the stomach flu isn't what you want. Just enough to stop the inflammation. As far as daily use, I have heard people who use it but am not that familiar with the dosage. People use it for healing wounds and burns so maybe it has the same effect on the inside :) Take care!! Hope this helps! Blessingsaaamay wrote: Does anyone know anything about aloe juice?
