Guest guest
I cook with organic eggs. Can I wash and freeze the shells to use in the lemon egg recipe or does it have to be whole eggs. Tammi U.
Guest guest
Dear Nettie, Only too glad to help. :-) You need the extra "Citric Acid" that is in the Lemons and so the Grapefruit and Organges won't work. You can use ACV and this will work even faster (about 12 hours to make), but it doesn't taste as good. Much love, Doc Doc Shillington727-447-5282Doc - Doc Monday, March 12, 2007 10:02 PM lemon egg question Hello Doc, I've been reading your advice for well over a year now and you and your other helpers namely spot helped me with my thryroid. I haven't taking sythroid since last summer and my blood test are perfect. Now to the reason I'm writing. A girlfriend wanted me to ask can you modify it by useing grapefruit or orange juice and instead of whole eggs, just the shells? I know there must be a reason why you call it lemon egg or is that just a guideline? Will be looking for your reply and again thanks so much to you and your "helpers". Sincerely Nettie
