There are herbs that help sooth nerve damage also, there are also the hot/cold applications, what would work best, depends on what kind of pain we are talking about. Are you treating symptoms that could be cleared up in other ways as well, or an injury?fft

Guest guest
Is the pain coming from the kidney area? Before trying to deaden the pain, using herbs or otherwise, you first want to find the SOURCE of the pain. Pain is your body's way of trying to tell you something. It's like a screaming child. Don't just put a sock in its mouth, find out why it's screaming. Pain relievers, herbal or otherwise, are just socks. The " socks " are fine IF: 1) You KNOW what the pain is -AND- 2) You're using it to hang in there until you can get into your DC/DO/L.Ac/MT/etc An herbal band-aid is still a band-aid.
