Hi, A friend of mine has been having ear blockages for quite some time. She has 3 or 4 episodes during the year for the last 20 years when her Left ear only blocks up for a few days to sometimes a few weeks and it feels like there is water in it and she needs to pop it open but it doesn't. She has been to many doctors in the last few years with no avail and some even recommended surgery which she doesn't want to do. She usually doesn't have any infection associated with this problem except this time when she got a bad cold and her sinuses got inflammed and has ear pain associated with the feeling of blockage. Any recommendations would be appreciated Thanks Reza

Ever since I injured my cervical spine, I also feel pressure in the ears. The best thing I have found so far is danelion. It does relieve some of that pressure feeling. My thinking is that since I can not turn my head properly, the fluid in my ears does not move as it should and must build up. My doctor(an Ortho) has not idea why and wants me to see a Neuro but my insurance(workman's comp) will not approve. So I and stuck between a rock and a hard place-- so to speak. Been off work for over a year, so there is NO savings left and my credit is destroyed now. I have been searching for herbs to help repaid nerve damage. If ANYONE know, please let me know what they are. I checked the formula in the files but I can not handle skullcap. I tried that about 2 weeks ago and I still have some H2O2 in my ear! Can't seem to get it dry again even though I used rubbing alcohol to try and dry out the canal. I've tried everything to get it to drain but it simply won't. Any suggestions? Barb

The other day I had water trapped in both

ears so I filled the ear completely with H2O2, let it do it's thing,

and when it ran out it flushed the water out with it. I was a little

skeptical that it would work, but it did!

Susan, we hav eused tea tree oil (one or two drops undiluted into ear) burns like crazy but has helped very much with infections. Also, we use a product called seasonal relief by graden of life. It is an immune system booster, and very, very effective. I have used it with a variety of accute infections (ear, sinus, face, gum boils, flu, cold, some unidentifed things) I admit to not following the directions and only taking the suppliment until the infection breaks. I have also had really good results from both chiropractic adjustments and reflexology for chronic pain and stiffness in my hips and legs and lower back. You can also increase your intake of foods with Omega-3's: cod liver oil (hat the taste, love the result) and fax seed oil. Our library has some great books on the value of various foods, and you can learn a great deal on your own. It is my understanding that all the cells in your body will be replaced within three years, so the better you feed the new ones, the better

they will function. Oh, and we have been Using MSM also, while this may not help the nerves directly, MSM is critical to proper cellular functioning, and it will improve the performance of the new cells that get it. Don't be discouraged, your physical problems will spur you on to more understanding and personal responsibility and a kind of mental liberation that does not exist when you go to experts to solve the problems. Besides, they don't know everything, anyway. Cheers, Rebeccasusan <susan134 wrote: Ever since I injured my cervical spine, I also feel pressure in the ears.
