Guest guest
I apologize if I have already posted this question. I am currently looking into food intolerances and am wondering if what I consider to be candida symptoms are really food intolerances from salicylates or amines. Do either one of these have to do with acid/ alkaline? Jeanne
Guest guest
Jeanne, ADD and ADHD should avoid natural salicylates as they react to them negatively. Children and adults suffering from either ADD or ADHD also almost always have Candida, but not everyone with Candida has ADD or ADHD. And yes a diet too high in acid has everything to do with both. Alkalizing the diet will help a great deal, as would eliminating high allergy foods such as soy, wheat, dairy, sugar, corn and the natural salicylates (if need be) would all help. Alkalizing the body with lemon and raw apple cider vinegar would help also. Adequate calcium/mag would too. There is a lemon egg formula in the files to make your own. I love it. Oxygenating the body (again the raw apple cider vinegar helps do this) with things like osha will help kill off Candida as well as heal. Heavy metal detox or cleanses (directions for that are in the files here) are absolutely a must. Liver flushes (here in the files) are also important. Garlic kills Candida, as does raw apple cider vinegar. There are many fungus killing herbs that can assist in killing the Candida. For the ADD and ADHD, the thyroid, adrenals and pancrease need serious attention. Taking care not to use products that contain heavy metals is important like drinking or showering in chlorinated water, using deodorant or other products that contain aluminum, getting rid of tooth fillings that contain mercury, tuna, being exposed to weed killers, cooking in aluminum pots and pans, using anti bacterial soaps and cleaners, and et., et., et.. Colon cleanses are so important too. Doc has recipes for that also in the files here. Alkalizing the body is, with out doubt, the best thing anyone could do to come against any dis-ease. fft > I apologize if I have already posted this question. > > I am currently looking into food intolerances and am wondering if what I consider to be candida symptoms are really food intolerances from salicylates or amines.
