Guest guest
Good for you Charles! I stopped too, by using the patch. Yeah, I taped six of the damn things over my mouth!! Bob. PS-actually I crushed up a half pack and threw them at a friend with my lighter and never touched another. Ten years of no smoking after over thirty four years of it and the differences are fantastic, even in a 60 yr old!
Guest guest
Doc, excuse me for what is probably a dumb question, but what exactly is blackstrap molasses? We have unsulphered, all natural molasses (brand name Brer Rabbit or Grandmothers) that says iron content 6%. Is this something you get from a health food store? TIA. It too us unsulphured. It contains 20% each of vitamin A, Calcium, and Iron per tablespoon. I can't find any molasses (blackstrap or otherwise) that is not "unsulphured". LOL I got mine from the dollar store We have a local 99centonly store here that you would not believe what you can sometimes find in them. I did find out that the man that created this particular 99 cent store became a vegetarian about 12 years ago. So I am hoping that is what has him offering the decent stuff he has.
