Do you have any idea how much protein an adult, 40yr, female should take in per day. I exercise 5 days per week? Also, do you know how much protein can be absorbed from one meal sitting? We are all so different and each individual has his or her own needs. It is very much an individual thing. Keep up with the exercise. This is a very key factor. If you check out the results of the survey, you'll notice how few people who are overweight are actually getting that much exercise.
