Hi Doc,

 

Seems as you are back now, so I'll ask my protein question again.

 

Do you have any idea how much protein an adult, 40yr, female should

take in per day. I exercise 5 days per week?

 

Also, do you know how much protein can be absorbed from one meal

sitting?

 

This info may actually go hand in hand with your current survey.

Dear Debra,

There is no way that anyone can predict or advise how much protein people should take in. We are all so different and each individual has his or her own needs. It is very much an individual thing.

Keep up with the exercise. This is a very key factor. If you check out the results of the survey, you'll notice how few people who are overweight are actually getting that much exercise.
