I take it, but you can actually buy bilberry jam in eastern european food strores and at some health food stores. It was british pilots in WW2 who noticed better nite time vision when they ate bilberry jam. It also is high in antioxidants and prevents catatractsndousm <ndousm wrote: hi I am looking for any person who has used bilberry.from samson ndou ndousm

My grandmother was diagnosed with cataracts. After taking the bilberry, her cataracts vanished. My dalmation also developed cataracts. After a few weeks of giving him bilberry, they were gone also.Roger Jenkins <starbucks_coffee_stinks wrote: I take it, but you can actually buy bilberry jam in eastern european food strores and at some health food stores. Could you be more specific - was it a pill, a leaf, berry, etc? Dosage?

I made the capsules myself that she took. Alot of store bought

herbals don't have the potency that fresh herbs or herbs that you dry

yourself do. I don't know where the major companies grow their herbs,

how long the herbs have been stored before being made in to a

pill ,or how long the pills were stored prior to being delivered to

the store. I just feel safer knowing that I make my own meds.

Your having improvement in your eyesight, and I think that's great!
