Guest guest
Thanks for all the ideas for the canker sores....it was much appreciated. Now for the next issue. My dad seems to be having an issue with gout. I did a little research and came up with using celery seed extract and lay off the pork and beef. Can anyone shed any more light on this and if using cse would be good and how you would use it and where would I buy it....I appreciate any information you might have. Guest guest
Here are a few herbs that he can try for his gout: garlic, horsetail (shave grass), arnica andspirilina. Also he should stay away from acid foods. They say that gout is a rich man's illness. Hmmmm!!! Be well, Megan Thanks for all the ideas for the canker sores....it was much appreciated. Guest guest
Gout can also be treated by first drinking a ton of water - even 2 litres a day each day - to flush out the uric acid crystals (they tend to get stuck in the big toe Vitamin C will also help to flush out the crystals. But perhaps the tastiest solution is eating cherries. Lots of cherries, cherries by the bowlful. Sour cherries work best, but fresh sweet cherries will help a great deal as well. Such an odd-sounding but time-honored remedy sounds almost too simple to work. Well, it does.\ Blessings, Nancy in Poland
