Guest guest
I have no personal experience with ashwaghanda, but I've used Ginger a lot. Ginger is excellent for the digestive system. Not too long ago, we had an intestinal virus that was passed around our office. Everyone who got it had diarrhea, and about half had vomiting. Unfortunately, I was no exception. But the difference was - as soon as I started feeling nauseous, I began making and drinking fresh ginger tea (I also put some dried mint leaves in it). I sipped this throughout the day. I still had whatever it was, but I never vomitted and I never got diarrhea. As long as I kept sipping the ginger tea, the nausea was just barely noticeable. When I would run out and had to wait until the next batch was ready, I would start to get really nauseous. It works! herbal remedies , Roger Jenkins <starbucks_coffee_stinks wrote: > > I am curious to any effects of these 2 herbs. If you have had PERSONAL experiences, please answer. > > > Relax.
