Guest guest
Rik, I developed tennis elbow from lifting weights. I found an elbow strap at Wal-Mart for under $5 that has helped tremendously. I am still lifting, only lighter weights . . . and I am have little or no difficulty. I think if you try the elbow strap it will help you too. Guest guest
The strap really worked for me. My chiro suggested I get it for my recent tennis elbow, and I couldn't believe how a simple strap placed at the right spot can erase the discomfort/ache. I wear it during the day and take it off at night. But my chiro said I could also wear it at night if needed.
