Chocolatehunk2003,

Now don't laugh . . . I've had back pain for years and

this January, at the recommendation of a friend, I

went out and bought an inversion rack . . . you strap

your legs in and hang upside down for 3-5 minutes

doing mild stretching exercises while suspended.

I now wake up in the morning without an sore back . .

.. and most of my discomfort is gone.

A CAUTIONARY WARNING . . . if you have heart desease,

eye problems, diabetes and other serious aliments . .

.. I would see your doctor or herbologist before trying

this.

I know it worked for me . . . I got a real headrush

the first time I tried it, it got better . . .

however, I don't hear as well when suspended upside

down . . . and that isn't too bad once in awhile

either.

Good luck to you.

Dean
