Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am very excited to have found this group and hope to fit in and learn lots. I am Kate, 32, mum to 3 boys 7, 5 & 3. I am from South Australia and hubby and I live in the country. We also live near a large lead smelter??!!!??? (another post!) I have been on my own quest to learn as much as I can about natural living, for home, health etc, etc. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and am naturally getting on top of it (I think) as I had a diagnosis before the weight gain started becoming a big problem therefore other symptoms (hormones, insulin etc) are not in advanced stages. My main issue at the moment is hairloss!! any ideas are most welcome. I have lots of questions and hopefully something to offer the group in return. So thats an intro and any advice re any of the above is appreciated and ask away if any ?'s. Cheers for now Kate
Guest guest
Hi Kate, You might look into Wilderness Family Coconut oil, for the thyroid/ hair loss (the site has some nice info), and also the tuber from Peru, Maca for starters. Doc has so much information in the files here. He sells almost all of the formulas he gives directions to make, so life is easy for everyone one way or the other. Cleaning as you know is the best thing we can do for ourselves no matter what. I would also deworm and do heavy metal detoxes as well as a liver flush the direction are all in the files. Also you can look up cilantros for heavy metal detox as well. fft herbal remedies , " kate_jcbs " <gkjacobs5 wrote: > > Hi everyone, I am very excited to have found this group and hope to > fit in and learn lots. > I am Kate, 32, mum to 3 boys 7, 5 & 3.
