lower right back pain and tingling cold legs

My legs get very cold when I sit down and they tingle. I have pain in

my back and I can't get it to leave. Could someone please help me? I'm

only 40 and in good shape.

I've had similar things in the past. Chiropractic has

generally resolved it for me. More recently I've also

been taking powdered magnesium dissolved in hot water

- this is supposed to help muscles and nerves.

Try a chiropractor and accupuncturist. They work wonders.
