LOL To this regimen I'd add the Deep Tissue Repair Oil and start taking the BF & C Formula internally. Last but not least, I'd also add "Hot & Cold" therapy to the list. You need to get your nutrients into the area and the waste products out. Hot and Cold does this beautifully.
