Florida is the geriatric capitol of the world and as such the Medicos have it locked down tighter than a drum. This is another reason why I personally no longer practice here. I teach and that's it. Another Naturopath only 6 miles away from me was thrown in jail for "Practicing Medicine" and her case looks bad due to a bunch of reasons including having a lousy lawyer. Another story. Best would be for your niece to start educating herself or get on this list where the information is "FREE" and somewhat generic. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
