Guest guest
I stopped smoking the hard way. I threw out all the ashtrays. Threw out all the lighters. Soaked alll the smokables in cold water and tossed them in the trash. And did not ever light up another smoke of any kind. I sent all my coats and sweaters to the cleaners. I was a little nutz for a few days. Food began to taste better. I began to sleep better and longer. No more night mares. I gradually became a better person. The only way to stop smoking is to STOP. It takes alot of gutz. But if I could do it, so can you. Charles
