Guest guest
Paula- Garlic is the best long term handler of this issue. Also for the short term, cayenne pepper works great. The garlic must be fresh raw garlic and for best results use organic. You can take 6-10 cloves daily. I have many people do this and here is how they do it. Peel 6-10 cloves and chop up. Put in a bowl. Add a little bit of olive oil, enough to coat all the garlic. Spoon it into your mouth, do not chew!!, and swallow with water.... this is a very easy way to get a good dose of garlic.... Of all the people that are doing this, they say the morning shower wipes away the garlic smell from the body. Also the more you smell, the more toxic your body is.... garlic is a great detoxifier..... it works on killing the nano bacteria or nano plaque on the walls of your arteries which is the main cause of high blood pressure.... 30 minutes of daily exercise and try to find ways to reduce stress. Increase your intake of raw fruit and veggies. Look at your body as entire system, not just the symptom at hand. Guest guest
Would this work as well if you mixed the garlic with honey instead of olive oil? I get plenty of olive oil elsewhere in my diet, and I think I could get it down with honey easier than with oil. herbal remedies , Rob Combis <rcombis wrote: > > Paula- > Garlic is the best long term handler of this issue. Guest guest
Olive oil helps your body digest the garlic, so I would stick with the olive oil. You are using only a minute amount, just enough to coat the garlic. So the the olive oil in and of itself will have small nutritional value. herbal remedies [herbal remedies ]On Behalf Of never_again_Wednesday, February 22, 2006 9:06 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Remedies for High Blood PressureWould this work as well if you mixed the garlic with honey instead of olive oil?
