Guest guest
I have been beating the hormonal " horse " to death. I am perimenopausal and am having excessively heavy periods. I am estrogen dominant also. I have been able to get myself off of BC pills and have been trying Docs fem formula and also chaste tree berry and Dong Quai to try to obtain some kind of hormonal balance. I have cleansed, changed my diet, increased my exersize all to no avail. I have been struggling with this for the past year. I bleed heavy enough that I have gone anemic in the past. My gynocologist wants me to have endometrial ablation to remove the lining of my uterus and stop the heavy periods. I do not wish to have children so that part is ok, but I have never met anyone who has gone through this. Does anyone on this list have any opinions regarding ablations? Does anyone have any other suggestions to stop excessive periods? Any discussion on this matter would be appreciated!!!! Thanks! Guest guest
Elaine, I use an herbal tincture mix that works very well. I had difficulties also. E-mail me off list and we can discuss if you'd like. Bonnie herbal remedies , " Elaine " <horseaholic wrote: > > I have been beating the hormonal " horse " to death. The woman wrote back to say that it worked. Might be worth a try. HTH Jewel
