Guest guest
Hello folks. I am currently in a bachelor's degree program for natural health studies. One of the first classes I took I had to write a research paper, so I chose to do it on the natural ways to assist the body to quit smoking. If anyone is interested in it, you can email me and I'll send it to you - no strings attached!! I like thinking that it may help people. I did get an A on it!! Blessings on you all- Renee S. mountainwellness

Guest guest
Hello All! My husband has had great success with using a tincture of Lobelia and Licorice. These both act to quiet the cravings. A concoction of 8 ounces of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of Cream of Tartar taken at bedtime has also helped a great deal. This will flush excess nicotine out of the system via the urine. The urine may turn brown after taking this, but that is just the nicotine being excreted. I am also in a Doctorate of Naturopathy program, and my instructor swears by this method. I would also love to read your paper on the subject. Please post it! Guest guest
Smoking is literally killing me. I already have C.O.P.D. and my doctor says that I will be on oxygen within a year if I don't quit now. I'm only 37 and really don't want to have wheel one of those ugly tanks around. I'll try anything once if I have a chance to quit. My 8 year old son has begged me more than once. He just doesn't realize that it's not as easy as it sounds.PurrfectPurr <purrfectpurr31 wrote: Me too Me too!!--- Jenny <jennylee422003 wrote:> I'm trying to quit now.
