Guest guest
The basic thing that has me concerned is my blood pressure and that my feet are numb especially at night. My blood pressure jumps anywhere from 160/110 to 120/76. The 120 when I get up and then it goes up. I have a thyroid problem and I'm on 3.5 grains of Armour. I tried a natural adrenal and it helped but I got where I was crashing all the time. It was ok for a couple of hours then I would just crash. Years ago the Heart doc said I have PAT whatever that is. I know it makes my heart beat real fast and won't slow down. He say like running up and down stairs. My heart beat runs about 99 now and I've found that if it does slow down my blood pressure goes down. What causes my feet to go numb at night and feel so cold. It feels like I have them packed in snow. But the strange part is they are not cold to the touch. But I really got concerned the other morning when my lower leg was so white. I started rubbing them and they pinken up. Another thing that happen was that last week on day my feet weren't numb. But the next day back to the numbness. My blood glucose is a little high so I watch it. It did go up to 230 when I was sick with the flu but it usually don't go over 160 and back down to 120 or below. But no lower than 99. If anyone has any input on my problems they will be welcome.
Guest guest
Hi Loretta, I would definitely recommend two things; dry skin brushing 1-2 x day, and hot/cold hydrotherapy. These will definitely help with circulation. Doc has a protocol for Varicose Veins in the files that has a lot of great info in it. Something I take is Schulze's Circulation Formula; a tincture of cayenne, ginger and garlic. I hope these ideas are helpful, Raine Loretta wrote: The basic thing that has me concerned is my blood pressure and that my feet are numb especially at night.
