LOL! I'm glad it was helpful!! I'm the type of person that is a little apprehensive about things like this, and I thought that sharing my experience would help others who may be a little scared like I was. To add to what I wrote previously, I felt fine on Saturday until evening. There was absolutely no pain associated with passing the stones, which was one of my concerns. I did have a few twinges in my abdomen but they were very brief. Once evening hit, I was knocked out...completely weak and ached all over...muscles and bones ached. My throat hurt (probably from the lemon juice) and I had zero energy. I was like that on Sunday as well, and I had to stay home yesterday from work because I was still feeling very weak. Today is a bit better. For those that have done the Liver Bomb, is it usual to feel so weak afterwards? Thanks,Darlene
Guest guest
Dear Darlene, No mistake about it. You definitely created a success out of this. Very Well Done on completing it and getting through it. Today is the last day of the Liver / Gallbladder Cleanse for Valorie and me. Tonight we do the Bomb and I know what you mean about gagging it down. I don't think that I'll ever get used to it, so it's just one of those things you have to grin and bear. However, the benefits make it worth going through. Many a gallbladder patient has been saved by this regimen. It is truly a lifesaver. Again, VERY WELL DONE on getting through it. Nowwwww, keep in all the good diet changes you made from this point on. You'll be glad you did as your health will continue to just get better and better as time goes by. Well, it's the morning after the Liver Bomb, and I have to say that I am pleased with the results! The Epsom salts were awful but tolerable. I was able to drink the first half of the olive oil/lemon juice in a series of gulps. Then I stopped...big mistake! Once I had that taste in my mouth, I could hardly choke down the rest. The next 1/4 cup I swallowed and it almost came back up. I was able to down it all and then lie down. The last thing I remember was worrying about keeping it down, then I fell asleep. I awoke at 4:50 this morning with my first bowel movement, which contained mostly yellow/brown stones and chaff. Good thing that I had a strainer over the toilet because I also found something very interesting: black ropelike blobs covered in mucous. I googled that on the internet and found that the black blobs are actually old, solidified mucous. If you google that, you can even see some pictures. When I dumped it out of the strainer, it sank to the bottom of the toilet, so I would never have seen it if I hadn't used a strainer! There was also one black stone. Next two bowel movements 15 minutes apart revealed the same (yellow/brown stones and chaff) minus the solidified mucous. Starting with the 4th bowel movement, which I had at about 9am, the stones and chaff have changed colour from yellow/brown to pea-green. The stones range in size from a little larger than a pea to small tiny dots. It is 10:30 am now, and I just had my 6th bowel movement. Each time, I am counting 100+ stones/chaff in the bowel, so that's over 600 now! Definitely have to stay close to the washroom today, but I think it was a success!!
