Guest guest
Hello, I realize that messages are sometimes overlooked and that everyone is busy, but I was hoping someone could help me with some ?'s I have posted before and haven't had any responses? First, why does my wedding ring turn my finger green? Is it too much Iron or not enough? Second, what is hearts of palm? I seen it in the canned vegetables aisle. Third, does anyone know about this sugar called Pioneer sugar? Is says it is pure and natural and is cheap. I was wanting to get it instead of the 5 dollar fructose I have been buying. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx so much in advance, Sharon
Guest guest
well as far as the wedding ring goes i thought it was because of too much acid in the body..Sharon <sharon_love73 wrote: Hello, I realize that messages are sometimes overlooked and that everyone is busy, but I was hoping someone could help me with some ?'s I have posted before and haven't had any responses? Guest guest
Hi Sharon, First, it's my understanding that the "green" appearance left on a finger is from copper being mixed in with the silver. Sometimes if you get sterling silver it can have up to 10% copper in it. Second, hearts of palms are are the slender, ivory-colored, delicately flavored edible inner portion of the stem of the cabbage palm tree. They resemble white asparagus with a firm and smooth texture and a flavor reminiscent of an artichoke. And third, I forget what your third question was. Sorry, I'll have to post again. Guest guest
Pure gold is much too soft by itself. Therefore, it is always mixed with an alloy. It is the alloy that will make your finger green. Copper is usually the culprit.
