Guest guest
Thanks for all the suggestions I've gotten so far.... craving foods is definitely one of my problems. The kids will ask for something, I'll fix it, and then I want some!!! I like the idea of the rebounding exercises, too. I have a stationary bike I do about 10 miles a day on, and I've been doing the Firm exercise videos, and jumping on the trampoline outside with the kids. I did a bit too much yesterday LOL, I'm sore. As to diet for myself and family, we have food allergies, and every one of us has different ones. It makes cooking and meals an adventure, to say the least. It's why I've nursed my youngest so long... she just turned 4... hoping to head off some of those allergies, and so far it seems she's only truly allergic to one thing... tomatoes. So we've been eating pure, plain foods for a long time, but it's a challenge getting everyone the right balance of things. And one of my problems is that I cook by taste - so I'm sampling every dish and then eating a meal three times a day! As for cleansing, I want to do the total body cleanse. I don't think I have the time to make everything myself, although those recipes look wonderfully easy to follow.... I know Doc sells them, but where?? I can't find a link anywhere, but I may have just missed it. I know the one cleanse had a children's alternative, but I'd like my oldest son to do the whole thing if we can... he's bad about not sticking to his diet and one slip and he's messed up for two weeks.... I'd like to get him totally started over. He's 10, can he do the entire body cleanse as well? Thanks all, I love this list, you're all wonderful!!!
