anxiety of some sort

I have a friend that has had anxiety attacks in the past but she

really seems to stay anxious and on edge alot...Is there any natural

stuff for anxiety or any suggestions..This individual really doesn't

seem depressed and is very happy in their home life,she just has

uncontrollable anxiety,I myself had had anxiety attacks but her

anxiety seems worse,its like she is scared to leave and go anywhere

for fear of having anxiety attacks...thanks in advance....M

For anxiety, I've found that St John's wort, kava kava, and Vitamin B

complex work wonders. Also make sure your friend's sugar intake is

kept in check, as sugar produces an anxiety response, and most ppl

have this chronically without realizing it.

Martha,

 

I think your friend can take calcium 500mg 3x/day, Also wild yam can help, or sweet potatos. There is the 'Panther Piss' recipe in the files that is helpful as well and also, a female hormone balancer.

 

I would also suggest cleansing, and starting some green drinks, because a body that is too acid can also cause nervouseness.

 

Then there is meditation and breathing exercises to control the mind.

Herbal Remedies - anxiety of some sort

A really good anxiety remedy I have just been introduced to (actually

for my dog by the dog trainer) is Rescue Remedy...is a blend of 5

flowers, completely herbal and works for " stressful situations " ...may

not work for extreme anxiety but for stress and anxiety of everyday

life it does work. You can spray 2 times in your mouth or drop it

under the tongue. Most health food/organic/herbal stores carry it. It

was recommended for my dogs but went to buy it and was actually

a " whole family " remedy...Just an idea...
