What are the various reasons a persons feet WON'T sweat?

I have seen over 15 doctors in the last two years d/t severe pain in my

feet and ankles with no answers. During a recent detox I began

wondering why they never sweat. Even with heat applied or while

wearing several pairs of socks to see if I could get them to sweat.

I know there are probably multiple answers but I wasn't able to find

one doing searches on the net.
