Diarrhea after started eating solids again?

Hi guys i had a question, i just started eating again after almost 2 months of not eating, just drinking ensure

and now after i eat I am having alot of diarrhea, what can this be also the bowel movements burn alot, i have acid reflux, so i am not sure if that is the reason, anyway i a not sure if aybe y belly is just not used to regular foods, any input would be appreciated Thanks a bunch
