Just wondering if club soda or tonic water is good for you? Should I

avoid them? I am just looking for something else besides plain water

to drink. I drink herbal and green tea but I am getting tired of that

too. Can't wait to here from ya.

tonic water has quinine - it is good for leg cramps.

We sailed the Bahamas for 2 months and found that the tonic water was a real

help for leg cramps after several hours of snorkeling.

Tonic water is high is sugar, but drinking it did get rid of a horizontal ridge in my thumb. Now, if it starts to come back, I use powdered quinine in a capsule so as not to get the sugar. But I love the taste, and will treat myself once in awhile. Have no experience with Club Soda.Sharon <sharon_love73 wrote: Just wondering if club soda or tonic water is good for you?
