Otherwise there will always be those Hollering Fraud, it doesn't work and anything else that comes to their mind to smear the Facts of Truth about the whole study and understanding about Acid Alkaline pH balance and how it works!! Some charts do a pretty good job of presenting the Truth. Others just don't cut the mustard so to speak!! And even some of those who get it some what correct, do not relay enough info on how to properly read and interpret and then apply the info to be meaningful to the person who is not schooled in these ways, will allow for confusion to exist. Is this what you want? There is a simple way for the average person to learn for themselves, which foods cause excess Acids in their body and which foods cause their body to become more Alkaline and aide in recovery of most sickness!! If I am allowed to do so on this forum, I shall try to share some of these finer points at a latter time,if their is interest. For now, it is enough to say that All foods which are claimed to be Alkaline producing foods, will produce an Acid reaction in the body if these foods have not been grown properly and if they have been picked GREEN ( not vine ripened)!!!!! More detail info on how to solve this problem and how to pick foods visually out of the store, for best Quality!! Smile Tis your choice!!
