To replace buttermilk, try adding 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider

vinegar to the milk you use. Almond milk is good and I have included

a recipe for it.

To replace soy sauce as it has soy and wheat in it, use Liquid

Amino's, there are neither in it.

To replace salt or bleached sea salt use real salt.
