Guest guest Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 Your cat has an abscess and will most likely break it open - keep it clean - you might just put some warm water compresses on it to help it come to a "head" so that it will break and drain. They are nasty looking but they pretty much take care of themselves, keep giving the antibiotic (is it amoxicillan/Clavmox) Even my neutered males still get into brawls.
