Guest guest
Hi ya'll, Isn't this all confussing to a lot of you? Don't you wish it were simpler? May I be so Bold as to try to provide a simpler understanding of this whole mess! All herbs have one thing in common, and that is that they are higher in alkaline minerals of one kind or another than most of the regular foods we normally eat. Each of our bodys organs reguire different kinds of energy release from different alkaline minerals to stay Healthy. So if the foods we are eating does not contain the specific alkaline minerals in the quanties that the different organs of our body needs , Guess What??? That organ of our body then starts to become weak and eventually becomes sick and Diseased, ALL because of a lack of energy released from the needed mineral which isn't contained in our diet. Now the problem may also be because our digestive system isn't working properly , if the foods contain the minerals, but the body isn't able to produce a release of energy in the digestion process. This problem may be greatly remedied by a person changing their diet correctly and to aide this process, one may take a good Probotic to restart the proper action in the digestion system. But there is a way to properly take Probiotics for max results: First thing in the morn one needs to drink an 8oz glass of water to flush out the built up excess acids which have built up during the night ( because these may kill some of the friendly bacteria needed for good digestion). Then one needs to drink a glass full of Only Skim Milk to take the Probotics with and provide a base for the Probotics to grow in and provide the proper conditions for proper digestion of the rest of the food you are going to eat. Read post about Homogenized milk to gain understanding why to only use Skim milk! Now back to the subject of Herbs: Because all Herbs contain extra levels of specific alkaline minerals which are needed by different organs in the body to stay Healthy, and if one is sick and may understand which organs are Diseased and what specific minerals are needed to provide the proper energy release to bring these diseased organs back to health, then one may help oneself recover from any Disease, if certain organs have not been damaged beyond repair!! Now doesn't this make it so complicated, for one with little to no basic understanding on the subject to begin with?? So Let us learn some very simple Basics that even a child may understand. Since Nature is smarter than mankind(( if you don't believe this, then there is no hope for you here!!)) Look at nature and see if the wild animals have a refinery and or processing plant and or packaging plant to can and freeze and store their food for them to live on?? Ohh , they eat what is growing in season and is fresh and vine ripe and what taste best to them because of being vine ripe and fresh!! Ohh but this is too simple!! The animals couldn't possibly know more than a human being about how to stay healthy , now could they?? Now a child would be able to see that the animals are smart. If any of you have a horse and have it penned up in a area all winter feeding it dry hay and grain and in the spring you open the gate to a good pasture with fresh green grass, what does the horse do?? Does the horse stay in the pen eating the ole dry hay and grain or does it run into the fresh pasture and shout for joy in the fresh food supply? Maybe we could learn something from our animal friends if we would listen to them?? So if you have a hard time in trying to figure out what herbs to take for what ailment, maybe it would make more sense for you to just change your whole diet to having some Horse sense?? Stop eating " all refined and processed foods " and learn to eat fresh fruits and vegetables which are Quality grown without Poisons and are vine ripe and grown in season in your area. The basics which are needed are foods in the cole family, cabbage, brocolli, brussel sprouts. To these add carrots , onions, celery, other green leafy vegetables, green beans and dryed beans for protein, sweet potatoes, fresh tomatoes, garlic etc. To stay the healthiest ,one needs to eat the fruits and vegetables which are lowest in the Glycemic index, as these will release their energy steady and are easiest to digest , if eaten in the fresh and unprocessed state. This allows for a balance blood sugar level over an extended time frame and not the rapid changes which people get when eating refined and processed carbohydrates and sugars. Smile Tis your choice, until later.
