Guest guest
Hi Vanessamelly, You are eating too many refined and processed foods. You will have to change your diet if you want to solve the problem. Read post #77077 to gain a better understanding. As an added note the foods you are eating are not in a natural complexed carbhydrate state, and are refined and processed too much and this causes the carbohydrates to release there energy too fast into your blood stream , causing your blood sugar to rise too rapidly, then it crashes too low causing your problems. You may try this drink to help you out immediately: Take one half of a Fresh lemon and juice it into an 8oz glass of water and add one Tablespoon full of pure blackstrap molasses and stir it in . You may drink this any time you need a boost of energy or to feel better! It will raise your blood sugar and hold it up longer and provide you energy and make you feel better. Smile Tis your choice now! herbal remedies , Vanessamelly@a... wrote: > > Hi does anyone know any hoe remedies for Hypoglycemia please let me know as > i am having a difficult dealing with this thanks >
Guest guest
Vanessa, try Googling hypoglycemia and cinnamon, it can help stabilize your blood sugar, from what I've read! Take it in a capsule or add it to food, etc. Of course, avoid sugars, starches, etc., and eat smaller meals, more often. Guest guest
I justed asked a few days ago if anybody had any ideas for managing Hyperinsulinemia. (although there were no responses) Look into this, if your hypoglycemia is chronic. Hyperinsulinemia causes a lot of hypoglycemia and is often a precurser to diabetes. addie In herbal remedies , Vanessamelly@a... wrote: > > Hi does anyone know any hoe remedies for Hypoglycemia please let me know as > i am having a difficult dealing with this thanks >

Guest guest
Hi: Have you tried liquorice root and estiva? It is recommend that you take liquorice root for only 10 days at a time. If you have High blood pressure do not take liquorice root. Estiva has been known to help the pancreas, this can be used as a sweetener. Brewers yeast can also be taken, B complex, billbery and wild yam, dandelion root has lots of calcium and will help the pancreas and the liver. I would also recommend milk thistle. Drink lots of water, eat lots of high firber foods, vegetables and stay away from sugars. Be well, Megan PS Sorry I am a little slow in replying, I have been house hunting.
